The Society for Ethical Breeding and  Conservation of Mantids

The Society for Ethical Breeding and Conservation of Mantids is dedicated to promoting responsible care, breeding, and preservation of mantis species around the world. Our mission is to support ethical practices that prioritize the health, welfare, and sustainability of these fascinating insects. Through education, community collaboration, and conservation efforts, we aim to protect mantid populations while helping enthusiasts care for them in a safe and informed way.

Each member who successfully breeds a pair of mantids for the first time receives a Breeder Number that is used to track not only the females who have been paired but also her ooths and then her nymphs. The society also tracks adult mantid species and members can trade with other members in hopes of mating their mantids.
