Orders & Payment

Shipping & Live Arrival

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Live Arrival Guarantee:

  • Shipping methods and timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • The Live Arrival Guarantee applies only if all requirements are met

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live animals:

  • All sales are final unless covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee

  • No returns are accepted for live insects
